Shipping Policy
Cove & Calm works with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver our selection of ADHD-friendly tools, calming products, focus accessories, and everyday support items.
Because products may be stored and shipped from different fulfillment locations, delivery times and carriers can vary by item and destination. This model allows us to offer a wider product selection without operating a single centralized warehouse.
Please note: processing and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs reviews, severe weather, holidays, and periods of high demand can affect when an order arrives.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before they are shipped.
During holidays, new product launches, promotions, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take slightly longer. If we become aware of a significant issue affecting your order, we will do our best to provide an update.
Business days generally exclude weekends and recognized public holidays.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, carrier, destination, customs processing, weather conditions, and seasonal shipping volumes.
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after the applicable item has shipped.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple products, the items may arrive in separate packages.
This can happen when products are fulfilled by different partners or shipped from different warehouse locations. Separate shipments may also receive different tracking numbers and arrive on different days.
If only part of your order arrives, review your shipping confirmation and tracking details before contacting support. The remaining items may already be in transit.
Tracking Your Order
Once an item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.
Customs, Duties and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Cove & Calm does not control customs assessments and cannot guarantee the amount of any import-related charge or how long customs processing will take.
Lost, Delayed or Stalled Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, begin by reviewing the tracking information and checking for any carrier updates, attempted-delivery notices, or address issues.
It may also help to check with household members, neighbours, building management, or your local postal carrier in case the package was accepted or placed in a secure location.
If the tracking has not updated for an extended period or the order appears to be lost, submit the contact form or use the website chat. We will review the available shipping information and work with the relevant fulfillment partner where appropriate.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
If you notice an incorrect or incomplete address after placing the order, contact us through the website form or chat as soon as possible. We will try to update the information before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Additional shipping costs may apply when a package is returned, redirected, or reshipped because the address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
Delivery Marked as Completed
If tracking shows that a shipment was delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery location, mailbox, parcel locker, front entrance, side door, concierge desk, and any safe location the carrier may have used.
You should also contact the carrier directly, as it may be able to provide more specific delivery details.
If the shipment still cannot be located, use our contact form or website chat and include the order number and relevant tracking information.
